• We will prepare and file the forms necessary to establish your business, apply for employer identification number and register your business for the appropriate state and federal tax filings.

• LLC KIT: comes with a kit for record keeping, certificates, printed operating agreement, 1 5/8 Limited liability kit Embossing seal, and 1 sheet of 20 gold seals

• S Corp Kit: comes with a kit for record keeping, certificates, bylaws, 1 5/8 Limited liability kit Embossing seal, and 1 sheet of 20 gold seals

•  *Restriction clause can be added to the front or back of the certificates, an Additional cost may apply.

• We act as a liaison for the bank, for any loans that you are trying to receive.  

• Accounting setup

 

*There is yearly register agent fee of $50.00, a registered agent receives all tax notices and legal notices. You can switch your register agent at any time to do so provide in writing that you will be switching your register agent to us. It could not be the owner of the company.
